Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Klawbi (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Klawbi provides AI agents that execute tasks on your behalf inside isolated containers. You set a budget per job in credits; Klawbi charges actual compute and model costs against that budget. Unused budget is refunded to your account on job completion.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Klawbi.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Disputes opened on a completed job are reviewed manually; refunds may be granted at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Klawbi to generate illegal content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to compromise our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Agent output

Agent output is generated by AI models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any deliverable before relying on it. Klawbi is not liable for any consequence of using agent output.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klawbi's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Credit balances are forfeit on termination for cause.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
